She is Certified by Speech-Language & Audiology Canada (SAC), with accredited Professional Interests in Augmentative & Alternative Communication (AAC), Education & Research, and Speech, Language & Literacy Development. After more than 20 years as an SLP, Evelyn remains dedicated to evidence-informed practice, public education and family-centred care. She currently works part-time as a school-based SLP with the Langley School District and also enjoys supporting clients and families in a private practice capacity. She volunteers as an International RADLD (Raising Awareness of Developmental Language Disorder) Ambassador and as a committee member for Canada RADLD Ambassadors, which work to raise awareness of and share resources about Developmental Language Disorder. Evelyn draws from a diverse background of clinical experiences, but also the life experience of being a mother to two teenage sons and the many personal and professional connections she has had the privilege of making along the way. She loves supporting children and families by providing high-quality intervention services that are both fun and functional!
